We want you to love every piece from Milomoo. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help!

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received them
  • Unworn, unused, with all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at support@milomoobaby.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please DO NOT send your item back before your return request is approved.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

To ensure a smooth process, please ship your return as soon as possible. Please note that our 7-day return window means you’ll need to ship the package within that timeframe to stay eligible for a refund. 

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • All international orders
  • All TIGHTS and SOCKS
  • All SALE items
  • Swimwear, swim gear, underwear, tights, socks, and toys
  • Feeding items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Pre-order items

If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible for return, feel free to email us before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@milomoobaby.com within 7 days so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend starting a return for your original item and placing a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@milomoobaby.com.
