  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Orders under $99: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
    • Orders $99 or more: Enjoy free shipping (available for U.S. domestic orders only).

2. International Shipping

  • Processing Time: International orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping Rates: Your order will be shipped via our standard international shipping services. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on carrier rates. 
  • Customs Requirements: Some destination countries may require additional information, such as a valid ID number, for customs clearance. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information if requested.

3. Customs Charges

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Milomoo has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If a shipment is refused due to customs charges or other reasons, we regret that we are unable to offer any refunds.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Milomoo is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided.
  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at support@milomoobaby.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you promptly.
